[nsp] Multiple OSPF routing on a C6400 NRP1?

Dennis Peng worked with me on the issue off list, and came up with same
resolution - not enough interfaces for the OSPF tasks to bind to, so it
wouldn't take second config.
Kinda threw me that the config parser wouldn't even take the config.
I posted the final resolution once we worked it out, but it didn't seem to
make it back to the list, or I missed it.
I guess you learn something new each day - each OSPF task needs its own
unique interface IP to bind to.
