GRE tunnel keepalives are definitely a good thing.  The work fine on a
7206VXR running 12.2(15)T2.  I would have preferred to use a mainline
release, but I don't trust 12.3 yet and it's a real heavyweight on the flash,
bigger than most of the flash disks I have...
