i have 'discovered' a 'probable' cef bug in 12.0(24)S1, but i am on 
a rsp8 - ymmv

i think that there are still counter issues in 25S, with fixes in 25S1
(whenever cisco gets around to releasing it)

not quite what you were looking for....
