As far as I remember,

For inbound updates, the order is:
- route-map
- filter-list
- prefix-list/distribute-list

For outbound:
- prefix-list/distribute-list
- filter-list
- route-map

import policy towards the neighbor. Is it the route-map executed first,
the prefix-list or the filter list?
