[nsp] 10ge input errors

Hi,

  We have a 10GE connection between a Cat6513 and a GSR. The show
interface TenGigabit says very high input error rate (about 30%), but we
don't experience any performance impact. For example a long ping (about
million packets) works fine (without packet loss). I tried a 6dB
attenuator, but it didn't help.
  6513 runs 12.1(13)E6 and the GSR runs 12.0(23)S3.
  Any hints?
