[nsp] Ip address on interface

If mask is '255.255.255.0':
network address is: 192.168.10.0
broadcast address: 192.168.10.255
and host address may be : 192.168.10.1 - 192.168.10.254

If mask is '255.255.0.0':
network address is: 192.168.0.0
broadcast address: 192.168.255.255
and valid host addresses: 192.168.1.0 - 192.168.255.254
So, 192.168.10.0 is valid host address.
