[nsp] tftp issue on a 7507

I use solar winds also.  It works great for all we've ever needed. 

I would check permissions (or ip address that are allowed) on the tftp
server.  Are you sure the tftp server is running?

I've used Solar Winds free TFTP server on Windows with fairly good luck.
