the cpu should be fine but keep an eye on avgBusy5 (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58)
with your mrtg setup.  if you are not process switching, it would take a
lot to add any latency to passing packets.

if you start to run hot, you can also tweak the NetFlow sampling interval.
