You only received the first VSA there.  See the next part of my last email
about changing the operators from '=' to '+=' for the cisco-avpair 
attributes. Your profile should look like:

rafa  Auth-Type := Local, User-Password == "wilma"
       ...
       cisco-avpair += "ipv6:prefix....",
       cisco-avpair += "ipv6:route....."
