[nsp] Recommended IOS image for 7513

I was running rsp-k3pv-mz.120-24.S.bin and ran into SNMP counters failing 
for fast ethernet interfaces after about 10 days.

I've been running rsp-pv-mz.122-14.S.bin now for 3 weeks, and everything 
seems to be working (ospf, bgp, SNMP).
