[nsp] ip receive acl

hello all,

perhaps i am just hallucinating, but i seem to remember seeing mention
that the ip receive acl feature was being ported to 75xx code circa
12.0(24)S - my questions are:  am i remembering correctly?  if so, does
anyone have a pointer to some docs (i cannot find any mention of it
for anything other than on the 12000).
