[nsp] Cisco 3550 -administratively down port status

Hi,
We are using Cisco switches. We have  VLANs.   One Cisco 3550 with fiber
ports  sometimes put some fiber ports in administratively down state. But
when we look at the interface status it  doesn't show any interface resets
. What can cause this problem ?
