Umm, according to Cisco's output interpreter, the first number is total CPU,
the second number is Interrupt (fast-switched) and the difference between
the two is the process switched value.

CPU utilization for five seconds: 72%/25%; one minute: 77%; five minutes:
78%
INFO: Total CPU Utilization is comprised of process and interrupt
percentages.
  Total CPU Utilization: 72%
  Process Utilization: 47%
  Interrupt Utilization: 25%
