[nsp] 12.2(14)S1 -- CSCdw28961 still present

Hello !

While trying to apply CBWFQ on FR PVC (as described at:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1835/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00800bd909.html#xtocid16),

get router crashed. Cisco Output Interpreter reveals CSCdw28961, but
BugTool assures that this bug is fixed in 12.2(14)S1.

Who is wrong ?
