I don't remember about OSPF for sure, but RIP and EIGRP definitely on
the enterprise model of the 3550.

While I like linux as much as many of the hard core zealots, I think
routing is that function of an appliance for the simple purpose of
reliability.  If you have the budget, get a purpose-built device like a
3550.
