[nsp] MLS Bug in Hybrid Mode on 6509s

Hi All,

Hopefully a quick one ... 

Doing some research on a couple of bugs running hybrid mode IOS 6.1 on 6509s with
SUP2/MSFC2/PFC2. 

The bugs are CSCdu85211 and CSCdv49956. 

The question is would moving to native mode IOS, say, 12.1(10) fix this problem as well?
I am not sure if this appreated in Native mode to begin with. In any case, I would
appreciate any pointers/help.
