[nsp] Deferred Packets on Fast Ethernet (NM-1FE2W in a 3640)

Hello,
We have been facing this problem of Deferred Packets on Fast Ethernet (NM-1FE2W) in a 3640 Configuration. Would be grateful if some body can help! The NM-1FE2W has already been replaced twice.
