[nsp] BGP test software

Hello,

I am trying to test a new version of Cisco IOS for an Internet router. I need -somthing- that is capable of generating at least 150,000 BGP routes and also generating at least 100 Mbps of other data packets (random sizes) for the router to forward over an OC-3 circuit. Does anyone know of any FREE software that I can use to perform these tests?
