[nsp] NPE 300 or 225 for atom?

The NPE-225 is popular in the used market because it has roughly the same capability as the NPE-300, but can be used in both VXR and non-VXR chassis.  Its a nice alternative to buying a whole new chassis when all you need is the ability to go to 256m of RAM and a bit more CPU power.
