[nsp] NPE 300 or 225 for atom?

1) Cisco still sells NPE-225s.  I believe they stopped selling the 300s
	because there are more powerful options available in the NPE-400
	and the NPE-G1.
2) NPE-225s will work in both VXR and non-VXR chassis while the 300 will
	only work in a VXR chassis as far as I know.
