[nsp] 3620 boot problems

(sorry in advance for the long output, I thought it might be needed to
show the problem)
having some problems getting 3620 to boot cleanly.
the decompressing proccess happens twice before the router boots:

If I'm using IP only image (c3620-i-mz.122-19a.bin) there is no problem.
Is it a problem with the crypto image or the Rommon ?, is it possible to
upgrade 3620 rommon or does it require to replace the chip ?
