No one wants to touch this one, I see.

Subject: [nsp] Marking ToS bits using CatOS on 6509
I want to set ToS bits using the CatOS
on a 6509. Wondering if this this
config does what I think it does
which is to mark packets emanating
from port 3/22 with DSCP values of 40.
set qos enable
set qos acl ip ACL_ANY dscp 40 tcp any any
set port qos 3/22 port-based
set qos acl map ACL_ANY 3/22
Am I missing anything? I just want to set the
ToS bits using the switch instead of a default
gateway.
