I think I would still worry, we had ours running for three weeks with no
problem after an IOS upgrade then once morning the router forgot to eat
breakfast and keeled over.

I upgraded to 12.2(19a) and I don't get the error any more. Router seems to
be working great and i've pushed 40 mb/sec through it (at 99% cpu
untilization)..
Should I still worry about getting a replacement?
