[nsp] gsr, uRPF-check restriction on enhanced E4 LC

Hello,

  Does the limitation that a 1 port OC-192c/STM-64c POS/SDH Enhanced Engine 4 LC can _not_ do uRPF check
IF there is MPLS configured on the router - as opposed to the LC itself - cause headache only to me,
or do you others feel the pain as well?
