[nsp] list change

	I have recently stopped approving posts from people
who are not posting from their subscription address.

	A few days ago you should have gotten an email to your
address with your password.  It was sent to the *address from which you
are subscribed*.

	If your company has changed domains or naming recently
(eg: @uu.net -> first.last at mci.com) and you will be posting from
a new address, you can go ahead and change that here:

	FYI: there are slightly over 2000 people on cisco-nsp.
