I am trying to use the rmon event/alarm to monitor the traffic in some of
the interfaces in my switches.

My question is:

 

When you configure a delta rising threshold "<-2147483648 - 2147483647>
rising threshold value" what does this integer value represent?

Is it bytes? It certainly looks like it but I just want to make sure.
