You'll need a fantray, chassis, DS1 card, DS3 card, 2*XC-VT, 2*TCC+

You'll need the XC-VT (which does VT1.5), as the plain XC will only
cross connect down to T3 (STS-1) level. With the latest software, I believe
dual XC and dual TCC is a requirement.

You can talk TL1 at it, or the GUI is web/java based which runs fine on most 
platforms.
