[nsp] Need some help w/ as5300 config

We just added our second channelized T1 on a Cisco as5300 and we're having
problems getting it programmed correctly.  I know Lucent PM3's and Total
Controls just fine, but could really use some help with the 5300.

If you happen to be using an AS5300 and could share your config it would be
a huge help to us.

Just a working config for multiple channelized T1 on AS5300.  I have
included our config below, if someone can just tell us what we have setup
wrong?!?
