Yo Brett,
Nothing related to your Qs BUT a friendly advise..
I would suggest you remove those nasty password lines
from your configs when you post it to a public newsgroup.
You do know that Cisco's password are reversible right?
And from your IPs, it seems like this is not a lab device
and is connected over the Internet which makes it possible
for someone to gain access to it.
