[nsp] Strange new error message re header-compression

Upgraded my 7200 to 12.3(2)T1.  Now when I write the config I get error 
messages.

%Serial1/1:0 :Header-Compression not configured on interface
%Serial1/1:0.1 :Header-Compression not configured on interface
%Serial1/1:0.2 :Header-Compression not configured on interface

The message does not seem to be documented on the web site

That interface is a frame relay circuit.  Attempts to figure out how to 
turn the message off have failed.

Commands like

      no frame-relay ip rtp header-compression

give errors about the encapsulation being wrong for header compression 
or that compression is off

Any ideas?
