[nsp] weird gre tunnel...--follow up

An update on this issue:

Not only the immediate hop at the ends of GRE tunnel gets "skipped" on 12.0(25)S1, from time to time GRE tunnels randomly stop passing traffic. The workaround so far seems like deleting the tunnel and reconfiguring it to get the affected tunnel back online, which is kinda makeshift...

Any ideas/experiences/recommendations would be very appreciated. Thanks!!
