[nsp] DHCP client and hostname, not obtaining static address

Colleagues:

R1 is a DHCP server with

ip dhcp pool EVERYONE
   network 172.16.138.0 255.255.255.128
   [bla bla]
!
ip dhcp pool FOO
   host 172.16.138.71 255.255.255.128
   client-name foo
!

R2 is a DHCP client with

interface Ethernet0/0
 ip address dhcp hostname foo
!

The problem is that R2 obtains a dynamic address from R1 in the
172.16.138.0/25 pool and not 172.16.138.71 as I expected.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks a lot in advance.
