[nsp] changing a EIGRP feasible distance

Hello,

I'm quite confused. Cisco
(http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/103/eigrp-toc.html#feasibleandreported)
states that "Feasible distance is the best metric along a path to a
destination network...", but I've changed the bandwidth on the interface
that had the best metric and the FD remained unchanged. I belive that the
FD should be 14736 as it is the best metric to the destination.

Is there a non-destruptive way of changing the FD metric?
