[nsp] AToM performance

Howdy,

Does anyone have any experience or pointers as to the kind of performance
one could expect from a GSR acting as PE for AToM transport of Ethernet or
SONET? Someone I know is saying that they weren't able to get reasonable
performance (aka an OC3's worth) out of it, and while I normally prefer
using Juniper for this sort of thing, I refuse to believe that even Cisco
can be that bad...
