Hello!

Your zup file is from zip archive recieved from www.cisco.com?
Is yes just read sata186us.txt and use sata186us.(exe|linux|sun) /depend 
of you OS and HW/.
Before starting upgrade
check that PC where you start sata16us is avaible from ATA186
and firewall on it (or between PC and ATA186) allow access from ATA186
to PC.
