This sounds like a mismatch between the timeslots configured on your end 
and what the provider has set - check with your provider what timeslots 
are active. (Bear in mind Cisco numbers from zero for "useable" 
timeslots, whereas providers number from 1 as slot zero is used for 
clocking)
