Thank you very much.
But I could not understand your solution. I can terminate calls. I receive calls from IP and can terminate them on the isdn part. But I can not origiate calls from the isdn side.
What must I make? any config or..... Can you explain more details? Thanks

This sounds like a mismatch between the timeslots configured on your end 
and what the provider has set - check with your provider what timeslots 
are active. (Bear in mind Cisco numbers from zero for "useable" 
timeslots, whereas providers number from 1 as slot zero is used for 
clocking)
