[c-nsp] strange Wic-2T behoviour

Hi,
 
At two location we expereince the following problem. When we connect our 2
Mbit leased line to Wic-2T serial 0 it is not working, but if we use serial
1 port of the same interface it is fine. This is a bug or a feature? Also I
heard the maximum bandiwtdh of this interface is 3 MBit, so I cannot use
2x2Mbit on this card. Is this true?
