[c-nsp] ios 12.2(17b)SXA and catalyst 6500

Hello,
I just noticed on the ios upgrade planner that 12.2.17b-SXA2 and
12.2.17b-SXA are both deferred releases. And according to cisco "customers
are strongly urged to migrate from the affected image(s)" to replacement
images.
I couldn't find any reason as to why these 2 images we deferred after going
through the release notes of newer IOS versions. Could someone point me in
the right direction?
