It's in the entity mib - use the value of cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex to find
out.  eg.

% snmpwalk mydevice enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex.1 = INTEGER: 3015 <<<<< THIS
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex.2 = INTEGER: 3001 <<<<< THIS
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5sec.1 = Gauge32: 9
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5sec.2 = Gauge32: 5
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal1min.1 = Gauge32: 2
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal1min.2 = Gauge32: 5
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5min.1 = Gauge32: 2
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5min.2 = Gauge32: 5
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5secRev.1 = Gauge32: 9 percent
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5secRev.2 = Gauge32: 5 percent
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal1minRev.1 = Gauge32: 2 percent
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal1minRev.2 = Gauge32: 5 percent
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5minRev.1 = Gauge32: 2 percent
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB::cpmCPUTotal5minRev.2 = Gauge32: 5 percent

% snmpwalk mydevice entPhysicalDescr.3015
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalDescr.3015 = STRING: CPU of Routing Processor
% snmpwalk mydevice entPhysicalDescr.3001
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalDescr.3001 = STRING: CPU of Switching Processor

After reading PROCESS MIB I discovered that the latest Process Object is
cpmCPUTotal5minRev and has base OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8

I did walk on by 6509 and found following results.
nuc-srv-cps-nucms3 # snmpwalk mynodename public
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.1 = Gauge32: 1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.2 = Gauge32: 4
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.3 = Gauge32: 14

After reading further on CCO I discovered that first one is RP, Second
is SP. What's the 3rd? Does anybody know?

Thanks,
Sam
