On the Sup720 platform, we ran into a problem related to the fix for 
bug CSCed22417, which had the effect of breaking mappings between 
cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex and entity-mib.  This of course broke some of 
our monitoring tools.

TAC says this will be fixed in 12.2(18)SXE.  (april 05?)
