You might be absolutely right. If I poll same OID multiple times, it
doesn't return same number all the time. See below.
nuc-srv-cps-nucms10 # snmpwalk mynode public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.2.1 = 6015
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.2.2 = 0
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.2.3 = 0
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.3.1 = Gauge32: 1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.3.2 = Gauge32: 3
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.3.3 = Gauge32: 11
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.1 = Gauge32: 0
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.2 = Gauge32: 4
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.3 = Gauge32: 12
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5.1 = Gauge32: 1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5.2 = Gauge32: 4
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.5.3 = Gauge32: 13
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.6.1 = Gauge32: 1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.6.2 = Gauge32: 3
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.6.3 = Gauge32: 11
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7.1 = Gauge32: 0
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7.2 = Gauge32: 4
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7.3 = Gauge32: 12
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.1 = Gauge32: 1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.2 = Gauge32: 4
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.3 = Gauge32: 13

10 Sec later same command produces following.

nuc-srv-cps-nucms10 # snmpwalk mynode public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1

enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.3.3 = Gauge32: 11
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.1 = Gauge32: 0
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.2 = Gauge32: 6
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.4.3 = Gauge32: 12

enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.6.2 = Gauge32: 7
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.6.3 = Gauge32: 11
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7.1 = Gauge32: 0
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7.2 = Gauge32: 6
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.7.3 = Gauge32: 12
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.1 = Gauge32: 1
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.2 = Gauge32: 6
enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.8.3 = Gauge32: 13

I am running 12.2.17d.SXB5.
