[c-nsp] 12.3(4)T disappearing Virtual-Template interface

Hi,

We are having a mysterious problem on 7301 (acting as LNS) running
12.3(4)T code (happened both on T3/T4 builds) where a Virtual-Template
interface suddenly disappears from the running config, of course
resulting in inability for clients to connect to this router any more.

I really don't have any other info, simply the "Virtual-TemplateX"
interface section disappears without anything else obvious that caused
it (no log message, no memory problem).

I was wondering if someone else had similar problem or have any ideas of
a cause for such problem.
