[c-nsp] What IOS on RSM and NPE150?

I have been running 12.1(20) Enterprise (JSV) on RSMs and it has been 
very stable. The Enterprise version is required for ISIS support. We 
have been using CEF, Netflow, OSPF, BGP, and ISIS features. You
need 64MB to run the 12.1(20) JSV image.
