[c-nsp] SIP problems with 1721

There have been bugs in the past.

A quick search showed some like:

CSCec06912
Externally found severe defect: Resolved (R)
NAT-SIP: embedded address incorrectly modified

In recent code you can do:

Router(config)#no ip nat service ?
  H225       H323-H225  protocol
  fullrange  allocate all available port of 1 to 65535
  list       Specify access list describing global addresses
  ras        H323-RAS protocol
  sip        SIP protocol
  skinny     skinny protocol


I don't know how far back in IOS we added SIP nat support.
