[c-nsp] 2900XL and TACACS+

My mistake. Sorry for the bad info. I thought the
4MB was a reference to flash memory. After looking at
the documentation, I now understand that the 4MB
is a reference to the DRAM.

The WS-C2924M-XL we have running
c2900XL-h2s-mz-112.8.2-SA6.bin has 4MB of flash
and 8MB of DRAM.

Jeff,

I don't think that file is a c2900XL 4MB version file, since its stored
in the normal c2900 directory. I tried
to install on a 4MB c2900XL and it ran out of space.
