You need code that supports eBGP multipath.

Currently that only works for two routes from the
same neighboring AS.  I think there is a ddts out
there to allow this when the route is from two
different neighboring AS's which is what you have.

Externally found moderate defect: New (N)
Need to be able to ignore AS_PATH check for multipath in non transit

I'll add a Release-note to it.
