[c-nsp] maximum-paths loadbalancing with different AS

Hi, 

I have a setup where a cisco 7200 (12.2(27)) is reciving 4 default
routes from 4 links connected to 2 different AS numbers.

    L1(AS1)	    L2(AS1)	    L3(AS2)	   L4(AS2)
	|		|		|		|
	|		|		|		|
	|		|		|		|
	|		|		|		|
	---------------R1(AS3) -------------

R1 has been configured with maximum-paths 4, but only 1 default route
has been installed in the routing table, it seems like the lower AS is
being prefered. 

Is there a way to loadbalance using all 4 links and both AS's ?
