[nsp] Suggestions on terminating a bunch of T1's

The only other thing I've seen are T1 handoffs using 25 or 50 pair
Amphenol-type connectors, but I don't know what Cisco cards were bsing
used to direct-terminate the connections on the other side.

You'd still need a lot of them.
