This depends on the actual line you want to connect to it.  If it's a
G.703/G.704 line with G.704 framing provided by the carrier, the -E1
will do fine (as will the -E1-G.703).

If it's a "naked" 4-wire line, and you have to provide the framing
yourself, only the -E1-G.703 will do.
